Sam Chesterton is Vice President, Business Development, EMEA supporting 51°µÍø's financial solutions in the UK. His responsibilities include client-relationship management and the structuring, execution, and maintenance of longevity and funded reinsurance transactions in the UK and EMEA.
Sam joined 51°µÍø in 2016 as Director, Investment Solutions, for GFS where he was responsible for the pricing and structuring of reinsurance and acquisitions which incorporated market risk transfer.
Prior to 51°µÍø, Sam was a consultant for Willis Towers Watson in their Life Insurance division, focusing on M&A, outsourcing arrangements, and software solutions.
Sam received a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with honours) from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA).
